Objectives

THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AMONGST YOUNG PERSONS AND ADULTS, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY: (A) ENABLING THERAPEUTIC AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO BE PROVIDED TO CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS BASED ON A PRACTICAL MODEL BACKED BY RESEARCH; (B) PROVIDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS INCLUDING TEACHERS AND PARENTS; (C) PROVIDING TRAINING IN THE PRINCIPLES, PRACTICES AND METHODS OF PROVIDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS AND IN OTHER ALLIED OR ANCILLARY SUBJECTS; AND (D) PROVIDING SERVICES TO FACILITATE THE PLACING OF PERSONS TRAINED IN THE PROVISION OF EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
