3.1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, PARTICULARLY OF HOMELESS PERSONS AND THOSE IN THE OTHER ASPECTS OF HOUSING CRISIS THROUGH PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL SUPPORT, REGARDLESS OF FAITH, GENDER, AGE, RACE, LIFESTYLE, DISABILITY OR MARITAL STATUS, PRIMARILY IN THE SOUTH ESSEX AREA; 3.2) ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AND OTHERS IN HOUSING CRISIS; AND 3.3) TO CONSERVE AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT BY THE PROMOTION OF RECYCLING AND RE-USE.
