THE ENTHUSIASM TRUST

Enthusiasm has expanded its work reaching out to young people and families providing clubs, workshops, homework support, one-to-one mentoring programmes, delivering programmes in schools for those young people at risk of exclusion and working with parents and families to offer opportunities to gain skills, employment, knowledge, and experience from a variety of activities.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government and there are significant future grants due to be received
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender and dynamic in terms of composition

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Spending is declining
  • Income has been volatile and on several occasions in recent years less than spending
Established: 23 years
