Objectives

(1) To relieve the needs, distress and suffering of young persons residing in the Operating Area with a view to improving their condition of life. (2) To advance education among young people who are residents of the Operating Area and, in particular, so as to develop their physical, mental, social and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society. (3) To provide facilities within the Operating Area for recreation and other leisure time occupation available to young persons with a view to improving their conditions of life. (4) To promote, establish, operate and/or support other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the residents of the Operating Area.
