MILESTONES TRUST 

The Trust provides support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We offer Nursing and Residential Care in around 50 homes in the Bristol area, as well as Supported Living, Short Breaks, Day Care and Home Care. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and to support people to achieve their own goals.
