We currently deliver a diverse mix of services and projects which allow us to deliver a holistic and needs focused approach. Our services include the Wellbeing Network, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Mindfulness courses, Welfare Rights Advice, the Recovery Hub day service, Peer Support Services, Education & skills building and Employment support.

The objects for which the Association is established are: to advance the mental health and wellbeing of local communities within whatever areas and/or populations are designated by the Board from time to time within the terms of the relevant agreement in place from time to time between Mind and the Association; to provide relief, enable and empower people experiencing mental health problems to live with, manage and recover from their condition and associated effects; to increase the understanding of good mental health and of mental health problems through working to raise awareness, promote understanding and challenge stigma and discrimination; to work with national Mind to further the values and aims of national Mind and of this Association
