The funding will be used to deliver support to children young people and families in across the Chelmsley Wood and Smiths Wood area of North Solihull- through children’s play and community hub activities. MAPA offers open access youth provision through its adventure playground. It is a creative and user led space where people can exercise eat healthy and explore issues that impact their social behavioural and emotional lives. In recent years the charity has become an anchor organisation to support for the wider community in Chelmsley Wood and Smith Wood. In addition to providing an area for children to explore and play the site has become known as a place to get informal support.
