The members were individuals from York who have faced mental health challenges and drew on their own personal experiences of mental health services both good and bad. There were also be public performances and workshops aimed at local residents and health professionals. The aim of the project was to influence the new hospital, addressing the need for best practice, and also to bring people with mental health challenges together.
