This project will be specifically for people who have experienced addiction, homelessness, challenging mental health and trauma and facilitated by a trauma dance expert. The project will run a weekly low cost 2 hour dance class. It will also include ‘take away’ exercises that can be replicated at home, encouraging people to keep active throughout the week.
