This funding will enable UKLGIG to start a national campaign for reform of the asylum and immigration system that transcends the refugee and migration sector. The campaign aims to galvanise a whole new supporter base: the LGBTQI+ community by ‘mainstreaming’ messages and campaigning on asylum and immigration into this community.
