This new project will complement and enhance existing provision by developing a new collaborative partnership vehicle, 'Sunderland ACES' to deliver specialist, coordinated City-wide advice among all partners. Volunteers and this new specialist service will provide much needed mediated advice not currently provided by the local authority. Vulnerable residents would be targeted and signposted to five new specialist advice services and a new diary system would be implemented to improve access.
