Families on the edge of destitution will receive tailored support so that they don’t need to tell their stories multiple times to different agencies when they try to access help. The project will work with a network of 77 city-wide organisations who will refer vulnerable clients. Help will vary from meeting their basic needs through to longer-term support to stabilise their circumstances including accommodation and nutritional guidance for those at high risk of malnutrition.
