Our training in woodwork, catering and house renovation is tailored to enable each and every individual to achieve their goals.We help disadvantaged people find their ideal job or start their own enterprises.We bring people excluded from society into a creative community.We also serve people in need in the North East by providing supported accommodation and affordable goods and services.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE “SOCIALLY EXCLUDED” MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT ON ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYED; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; OLD AGE; SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUGS AND POOR EDUCATION OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT.(2) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT.
