Shift will use funding to increase the support they provide to charities across the UK who are in urgent need of digital support. Shift will meet this growing demand from medium-large charities networks and infrastructure organisations both directly and by coordinating their efforts with other organisations that they work closely with. Shift will scale their response in order to help charities adapt their services design new activities and scale to meet demand. This will be done by assessing the needs of hundreds of charities mobilising expert support teams for high priority needs directing hundreds of charities to other relevant support capturing and sharing learning and generating open resources.
