The project is using funding to deliver targeted support to families with multiple and complex needs such as social isolation domestic violence learning disabilities autism and post-natal depression. The project will provide intensive support to families which includes practical support parenting support help to access other services family support and life skills such as cooking managing a home. The aim is develop confidence in parents and their parenting skills and improve support networks.
