The children will be taken to a dentist for the first time, provide with tooth brushes and the young mums given advice on sugary diets and the impact on the childs teeth (and their own) The young mums will take up the counselling round depression, domestic violence and childhood issues they require to improve their mental health and well being, which will also provide them with an insight into healthy relationships. This will help them build and recognise safe relationships with peers, family and partners reducing the risks of grooming of them and their children. The young mums will be able to spend a little time each week just being themselves by swimming, mindfulness classes, craft, art, upcycling or just meeting up with a friend this will stop some of the isolation and feelings of missing out. If they have a planned activity to enjoy they are also less likely to become more depressed and lonely by seeing their peers on face book enjoying the life they could have had.
