This Knowle West Health Association (KWHA) project will extend their current services to accommodate smaller more supported cookery and gardening sessions for people with mental health issues, incoporating more one-to-one support in a secure learning environment. The allotment sessions will lead to eight seasonal 'Plot to Plate' cookery sessions preparing food and sharing it with others. Participants will also be guided to upload digital recipes, images and text on a web-feed to document their progress.
