TO ALLOW EACH MEMBER TO HAVE A CHOICE FROM A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES;3. TO ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE AND BENEFIT FROM OTHER COMMUNITY FACILITIES;4. TO RECOGNISE THE RIGHTS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO BE INVOLVED IN PLANNING AND DECISION MAKING5. TO BE ADEQUATELY STAFFED BY VOLUNTARY AND PAID HELPERS WHO WILL 'ENABLE' NOT 'PROVIDE';6.
