RESURGO TRUST

Overview

Resurgo addresses youth unemployment through its Spear programme, offering tailored support, mentorship, and job placement services to help young adults facing barriers to employment get into work or education. By partnering with businesses, it equips them with skills and opportunities, fostering self-sufficiency and community transformation.

They are now providing a slimmed down version of the programme to reduce delivery cost. This comes off a national evaluation of their programme that highlighted significantly higher positive outcomes are being achieved by their programme, when compared against similar interventions in the sector.
