Provides free, confidential information to carers of all ages, and professionals who work with carers, in the Stockport area.There is a Young Carers section, looking after young carers up to the age of 18.Carers Liaison are there for benefits advice and make home visits to help complete benefit claim forms.Carers Breaks provide grants for carers to have a rest from their caring role.
