THE MOTIVATION CHARITABLE TRUST

Motivation is an international development charity supporting people with mobility disabilities. Working with local, national and international partners, we have been transforming the lives of disabled people for over 30 years. Our high quality, low cost wheelchairs, supported with innovative training programmes help disabled people to gain independence, confidence and hope for the future.

Those around shun them. The project trains local workers how to identify and link them to help quickly. It sets up and trains parent groups so they can care for their children?s needs; and visits others still hidden in their homes. It also trains services that provide wheelchairs. It helps communities understand disability and how they can help. As a result, young children will develop better with improved feeding, posture and play so they can take part in normal life. Families will look after them better and be more accepted.
